I'll bring my truck by for you to install them on :anonymous:

JK man, looking really good! Let me know if you're going to have a "mini-mod" day and want some help. I have a couple things left to do for the 21st and can lend a hand and vis-versa.

I find it slightly ironic that only a few pages ago I was all like "i am going to just rock out the Baja suspension" then I started selling truck parts and got some pretty sweet discounts and then be all like "Icon Stage 6 MOFOs with 2.5 RR with 700# Coil and IVD coating up front and Icon 2.5 RR in the rear"

Haha! I can't wait to rip around the badlands.

Noticed you have your sway bar off. What are your thoughts on the daily driving since you did you it? How is the ride? I'm thinking about yanking it off when I mount the bumper up.

Checked your build and my advice is as long as you have a sturdy suspension. Ie your 700# coils go for it. DD you can hardly tell, except on exit ramps at a good pace or any fast turning.

I personally feel the only danger in it would be in an emergency swerve. Regular driving is no big deal. I can guarantee I will not be putting mine back on. Plus it makes a huge difference when off road. I mean huge!

Here I am on hells gate and you can see how much it helps in the tippy stuff near the top!

I will back up Peter's comments here. I really only notice it if I'm turning through an intersection at speed or driving on enter/exit ramps. That is with full skids (150#), front bumper (125#), winch (60#), and sliders (150#) and 700# coils however.

I have been in one emergency situation since taking it off where someone slammed on their brakes in front of me and I was able to swerve effectively, although it did feel a bit more tippy than emergency swerves I had to do when I had the swaybar on.

In other news, thanks for the BajaRack coupon code Peter for Chitown! Put the rack on today.

    Matt
