As eddy has already said, my buddy suttonkb(kevin) has this tent and i was able to personally get inside of it and check it out.

Very solid tent, it has the overhang part so when you're climbing in it when its raining you won't get wet getting in and it's spacious. I'd recommend it.

That's pretty ghetto, but that's actually a killer setup if it was done more cleanly. You wouldn't want to do any technical trails in it but not a bad idea if you needed a bigger popup.

    Haha

We have had some bad wind storms this trip. We had to move out of the north area of fruita. I think with the last few trips I've had I'll be putting my money away for a big truck and an FWC in bed camper.

Like what I'm off for another week. I love salida. I'd move there if they had a paid fire department.

Go to Fat Tees and tell them you want to move there. :D

They do T-shirts for all of the MC events I've been to. Great peeps. Spends "commute" riding his mountain bike or dirt bike around and I have to say the views do not suck.

I'll have to stop in next time I'm down that way. Which is a lot this time of year with rafting.

+1 I'd like to do something like the on my topper with the factory rails. The Thule setup is a bit too tall.

How easy is it to take the RTT on and off?

Looks like you remove the bolts that hold it on the rail and lift it off.
