    You should be fine as long as it hasn't expired. You can legally have a gun in your vehicle as long as it is securely encased. That means glove box center console in a holster W/ a backstrap around the hammer. Keeping it under your seat, next to your seat, map pocket, door pocket etc..is against the law. It has to be concealed and in a locked area or in a holster with a backstrap.
