    new assistant is a temp for 90 days and not able to work him overtime + you gotta know your sh*t to do what I do. He will need at least a years training before he can be independent and Ill still keep a eye on him for long after that. Peoples lives depend on him doing his job correctly when I set him free. Customers who have been doing this for 30-40 years will pick on thenew guy and try to get him to produce unsafe entries and canopies. Structural glass is no joke.



    da new bolts be greasable yo... prob is they still have inventory issues from their first bad batch.
