Sorry for the crappy pic. but this is the recipe for cheese squares, they are very very simple to make, only 6 items and they taste like a cheesecake had a baby with a cheese Danish!!!

They are "plain" and lend well to have other things added to them, my one variation I want to try is adding choc chips or fruit! Please let me know what you think!

Looks awesome! Isn't 195* a little high? I've never cooked game hens before but I thought it would be like other poultry :notsure:

Gotcha. My concern would be them drying out but they look pretty moist. How were they on the inside?

no pics but supper consisted of sweet Italian sausages grilled to perfection. Hoagie buns buttered and toasted on grill. Provolone cheese melted on sausages and pizza sauce added on top for a scrumptious sandwich.

Everything looks good as usual. I have been working super hard in the yard lately but my wife is on some kind of 12 day challenge so I have not had much substance in my meals lately. Well Friday is a smoked meat party at my house and I will make up for the last week. I am starving.

There are times, sir, when a spouse should be allowed to apply to the courts for a one-time asskick permit of their spouse.

If needed, the court should be able to assign a neutral third-party contractor to do the ass kicking in question.

You should be heading for the courthouse, in a proper and just world.
