    I use an ASUS laptop has a 3rd gen i7, 8gb of ram, an nvidia 740 and 1tb hard drive. It does everything I've ever needed it to with ease, mostly gaming but some video editing. I can max must games it will just get pretty hot.

    As far as Intel vs AMD they both make great products and they are pretty much tied.

    The downside to my laptop is that the Nvidia/Alienware software that controls when to use the integrated graphics or external gpu has a hard time working with any program other than games.

    There are other programs out there that people have made to pretty much ignore the integrated gpu but I've done enough custom stuff in the past that I don't feel like messing with my only computer haha

    So, called a couple local reputable shops. The first one directed me to the one I talked with.

    I intended just to have somebody replace my wheel bearings for me, but if they're going to be at that point I might as well have them replace the lower ball joints at the same time since it's only 4 extra bolts to remove on each side at that point.

    They quoted me just over $500 in labor to replace the wheel bearings and ball joints! That includes an alignment, which I wouldn't get due to the fact that I'm replacing the tie rods anyways.

    Might as well get Toyota to do it for that price!
