I have no idea. I was just driving down the street and out of nowhere I hear a bunch of metal hitting the ground. Thing is there were no speed bumps or potholes, just snapped on flat ground. They only have 30K on them and they hardly ever see any off-road use.

DSM. I'm going to call them on Monday and try to get this figured out. The other side started leaking from the seal not too long ago and now this, pretty dissatisfied with the product right now.

Yeah I hear it's not too uncommon. Bilstein supposedly offers a "limited" lifetime warranty on these and DSM has some great customer service so we'll see where this lands.

More lift will not necessarily help fit the tires more. All a lift does is gain travel, it does not change where the tires will go when stuffed. You need to clearance the wheel well to fit the tires.

My KM2's do hit and full stuff the fenders... but the lugs aren't as aggressive as yours and my bumps prevented as much up travel as you might have. Mine just barely hit the fender though, but a lot of my clips are broken. TBH, I'm amazed I still have all my fenders lol.

I'd try a taller bumpstop. Ive popped my rear fenders loose just like you did. It's gonna happen. Nature of the beast. All that good stuff.

More lift isn't going to solve your issue. You'll simply be raising the height of your truck, but that won't change the fact that you still have too much spring uptravel. Sounds to me like you need extended bumpstops, the length needed being just enough to keep the tires from stuffing entirely and hitting your fenders. I've had a couple guys come to me with similar issues and had to fabricate something to close the gap a bit between the frame and bumpstop.
