Gotcha my game plan is to be back in TN by the end of next year. I need to find a good place to get back to. My buddy I'm moving with wants to be near GA

 

Well that's depressing.....

 

Ok got an idea that I need help with. Wife has cherry red. Jeep and it is so cookie cutter. She wants it yo stand out a little. I have to do it on the cheap thinking some kind of gray graphics on the side, but what ? Or any other ideas?

 

I did not, as I got a call from them the last go around. Figured it would be the same routine. Will call in the AM, zero harm in it.

How much does a lift run for those?

 

hell kurt you could see about a 2” spacer lift if them make them. but she may not like that with a kid and getting stuff in and out.

I should be there late Saturday. Won't be riding the trails unless the bumper is here. Have my factory sold and can't get it all scarred up. So someone will have to let all this sexiness ride with them if we go.

On a plus note I got my rack 99.9% finished. Gotta get two end caps for the pass side 4 t slot nuts and ditch the wing nuts. Then paint and all done. Hi lift and tire are not mounted as it got dark super quick when I was finishing.

Quick question can spray on bedliner be used on rubber? Or should I mask that off?

 

Those t slot nuts are crazy expensive I got a bunch if you need some just got to find them. Fastnel can order them. 12 bucks a piece. Bed liner can be sprayed on rubber since it is rubber. I hope your bumper comes in too since my shipment is on the same pallet.

Not do much lifting it or rims was thinking graphics possible wrap to change the look or something. She will not deviate from stock features just different look. That would be cool if a lot of people came.

Check out my custom hybrid stock/k&n cold air intake. Haha I been tired of that stupid open filter and I only had my stock box with no other parts so I cut the k&n tube to length to butt up to the air box and bought a rubber coupling from home depot and cut it down some to fit the two tubes together. I also made a cap to cover the stock maf sensor hole. Fabbed a piece of aluminum clad I had laying around, cut a piece of that rubber coupling that was left over and a small piece of foam and screwed it down. Seems to seal it up. So now it's the excellence of the stock air box breathing air from the fender well and being fully sealed combined with a smooth straight pipe deleting back to back ribbed 45 deg turns and a secondary filter box.
