I measured mine before I started the work on mine and at factory ride the rear was 1.5" higher in rear. I installed my 1.5" AAL Friday and removed my front shock and springs on Saturday in hopes of finding a place to get the springs pressed on my new billies and have it all back together later that day. I called 4 places and finally Pep Boys said they had a wall press to press them on. Took them over there and when he saw them said he might have a problem because the overall diameter is smaller that what he thought his press would do but he would try. He calls 1.5 hours later and says he couldn't press them enough to get them together. By that time was too late to go anywhere else. It's Monday and I called 4 garages and all said they could but it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get to them!!!! That's BS!! If I had taken the truck there for them to do all the work they could have done it today. I ended up taking them to the Toyota dealership where I bought my truck and he said he would have them done in a couple hours. It is costing me more to take it to them but at least they are getting to them today. Hopefully I will have them installed by the end of the day!!!

Well I finished it up today and here is the results! I put the 1.5" AAL in the rear and set the front billies at 2.5" and the front ended up a tad higher than the rear. If hindsight was 20/20 I would have set the billies at the 2.1" setting, the next one down from the 2.5. I really like the way it looks but it is STIFF in the front. Here is a picture afterwards, give me your thoughts.

The next step down is 1.75", not 2.1".

I'm running P265/70R17! I think at some point I will lower the front down to 1.75" to make the ride a little less stiff and that should level it out a little more.

Sorry to post this after the fact because your truck looks great but you dont need a press at all. I watched a you tube video that showed me how to install Bilsteins up front using the weight of the truck to compress the spring. Im not a mechanic but I will say it was really easy. I did the first side in 40 minutes and the second side in 30 minutes. Not sure how to attach you tube thread but search you tube it is easy to find and well done video. Saved me a lot of time and $$$

I knew something didn't seem right with it riding so stiff so I got to looking closer at the billies that the Toyota service center pressed for me and I realized yesterday that they had the spring seat on upside down which made it set higher and had loaded the spring almost to the max. I removed the shocks and turned the spring seat around like it should be and got them back in in just a few minutes and now I am completely satisfied with the ride and the way it leveled out. I am going to talk to the Toyota service guy tomorrow about them putting the spring seat on upside down, that should not have happened. Thankfully it didn't mess anything up!!!

Just did this a few days ago, exact same setup, Eibach 620's on .85. Should have done it 175K Miles ago.

Finally got/made the time with working 70 hours a week to do the job. Got the 1500's and Eibach 620's in ready to delete my Revtek 3" I've been running for 5 years, was installed by The Stealership before I bought the Truck.

    imagejpg4_zps02677b62_1b9899870e4cf6b98d7c0163c008bfecb44ae89c.jpg

    Yuck!

I also replaced the Tie Rod Ends which had torn boots and a lot of play, could not get an alignment till this was fixed. This made changing the Struts easier as well. Spent about $650 on parts.

I had a shop in Raleigh called SuperTrucks (that has sky high Diesel Monstertrucks for advertisement) to compress the springs and build the struts for me. They were an hour away from closing and Mongo the Mechanic, after a while came out and told me he was having trouble compressing them far enough. Apparently he didn't hear me say to not use the spacers on the eibachs, guy at the counter said "he's trying to give my Man a 6" lift over here!"

Did not set at .85 could not get compressed enough so I set them at 0 and put the 1/2" spacers that came with it and it turned out good think it's 2 1/2" in the front

So after getting the "correctly" assembled struts back, I fought with them in the Driveway till about 11, fueled by PBR and the motivation to drive it again. So I got them all back in, both sides, and jacked the left side up, all good.

I Jacked the Drivers Side up to put the shock tower bolts on and THIS!

    imagejpg3_zps7ce144ca_ba79c7cf4ab1752f04e62e38d396f85800b5582c.jpg

Much cursing and throwing of the tools and Beer Cans ensued. I looked at my hardware and Mongo forgot to put in the metal retainers on the bottom of my Hat, so the shock Rod, decided to just head on up to the Fender. I went home, went to work and came back the next morning and got it out in 45 minutes without removing the New Tie Rod. SuperTrucks saw this photo and apologized fixed it right away, no charge.

Got it all together and torqued to specs, and got an alignment with
    1.0 Camber, 1.8 Caster, and 0.08 Camber.

Feels firm but very Stable, Sporty, and well dampened. I was hitting speed tables at 45 MPH with Dad, and Wheeling it shortly after.
