    We went to the Cheesecake Factory. First time I have been to that chain. I put on 10 LBS easy.

    it is a chain all over the country, pretty good fating foods, http://www.thecheesecakefactory.com/ there is one about a hour drive from me that I don't dare go near, 2006 I was sitting at 235 pounds now i'm back to 165 now way do I want to go back to that weight ,esp with the HI trip so close and wanting to helo see 3 of the islands and not be stuck rear seat under the rotor..

    john asked I say hello for him, he is finally back to work, flying a charter gulf stream all over. he flew a hip hop band last week and some very choice words about how they acted and what they were doing.
