and in case anyone thought they had a bad Monday....

Monday morning felony DUI after half-naked driver crashes into another vehicle

A Bozeman man was charged with a felony DUI after crashing his vehicle while wearing only socks and a t-shirt.
Christopher P. Schwartz, 37, was charged with a DUI 4th or subsequent after crashing his vehicle into another near the intersection of S. 19th and Goldenstein Ave. south of Bozeman around 7 a.m. Schwartz allegedly left the scene of the crash and was being pursued by a Gallatin County Sheriff's deputy.
A Montana Highway Patrol trooper found the half-naked Schwartz and his vehicle in a private driveway near the intersection of S. 19th and Nash Road.
Schwartz told the trooper that he had drank most of a bottle of vodka the day before the crash and was "tore up" drunk from the alcohol the previous night. He admitted that he was still "fuzzy".
Court documents show that Schwartz told law enforcement that he was driving southbound on S. 19th behind another vehicle, when it stopped at the intersection of Goldenstein to make a left turn. Schwartz claimed that the vehicle's brake lights were not working and he did not realize the vehicle had stopped.
An inspection of the victim's vehicle showed the brake lamps were operable.
Schwartz refused to submit a breath sample, but a blood sample was drawn after a telephonic search warrant for blood was granted.

Well that stinks...any leads on any other opportunities? Get in touch with your instructors, they usually keep an eye out for their better students.
I can understand your frustration of jumping from task to task...I hate that too. If I can just be left alone and finish job A, then job B, etc I feel like I get so much more done than if I'm jumping back and forth all day.... :goingcrazy:

Work is going. I guess the boss was looking for me Thursday  But it was in his own words that he told me that we're doing OK and not to get too stressed out (even though we have at least 2 dozen projects waiting to be drawn). So I'm not gonna stress...I'm gonna camp and enjoy my summer just like any other!

No leads yet. The instructor that got me my current job is friends with my boss.... My labourer is his nephew, and he has asked him a few times if he know anyone looking for guys. He won't hire me because of his friendship and blah blah lol.

That's exactly my thought, you get into a rhythm and you know what's needed and the specs for the job at hand, when you bounce back and forth you forget minor details, make more mistakes potentially. Yesterday he sent me to our other job to help out a friend of his he brought in to do some work....I couldn't remember the details for the job he wanted done because the last time we were working on it was over a month ago! I understand I need to be flexible but this shit is getting old and I hate not getting jobs done and starting multiple jobs that sit there for long periods of time before completion.

I think I may just say eff it and quit, I'm tired of it and I'm tired of the clients complaining to me that their jobs aren't getting completed when I'm getting sent to other jobs and have no control over the scheduling.

Glad your boss seems to understand your situation :)

Can you talk to your boss and let him know that things will get done more efficiently and trouble free if he lets you set your schedule and call the shots as far as where your time is best spent? Its a long shot but maybe :notsure:

And I don't think my boss understands...he's just worried that if I leave they'll really be screwed so he's going to try his best to lie through his teeth, cater to me and keep me calm

One of his 'specializations' is project management (it's even on his business card) so he's "knows" best

Lol, wish I was in that position
