Thanks, I still can't make a promise, a LOT has to fall into place as I am taking a vacation next week to go see the kids and grand kids in Texas.
What would be the best major airport to fly into?

You don't have to have a PayPal to donate. Just PM me with how much you want to donate, and your email address, and I can send you a donation request that you can pay by credit card.

Awesome! The 12th is our wedding anniversary but we don't always celebrate on the day so I will have to see how the plans shake out.
Sean, I am still bummed that we couldn't make it to Preston's party. I know we always say it but another cabin trip needs to happen and soon! You and Carm have fixed days off?

Anyone know what his favorite trail was?

The last I think he ran was Longwater Gulch... very easy trail, but there was a huge opening at the end to maybe hold a picknick/raffle

Good point. This is a run in Mike's honor, I don't think we need to do the highest rated trail. A more mellow ride may be more suitable in case Mikes Family wants to join in and to keep attendance up, as well as make it as fun and relaxing as possible. It should be a good memory when over.

    Just a suggestion...
The trail we ran in the springs with Ice Horse that ended at the river comes to mind. That was the last trail that I'm aware of that Mike ran as a TW group. Definitely doable in a stock vehicle for the most part.
There are enough challenges in that area to keep peoples interest if need be.

That was what I suggested... Longwater gulch... I think... or it was near it.

it'd be a good place to relax at the river area and grill out/raffle (as suggested) and yes... his family could come, hell.. if they were inclined they could drive his truck and not feel like they were over their head.
