Oh ok. Just curious on what you do! Haha. I always start my days off with my big lifts. It's how I have been trained. Haha. I love the dumbbells so much more though. Better contractions and rotation so it's easier on my joints.

Yeah, I had been doing the basic 4 day splits (chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders, legs) doing 3-4 sets of 6-10 for like 6 months and just got tired of it. Now I'm doing a 6 day (chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs, arms) that incorporates high weight, low reps at the beginning and high reps, lower weight at the end; it's brutal and a good change.

cyclists have huge legs from pounding out the miles on their bikes. 1 min on a stationary at a time is going to take a loooong time to build man calves.

I raced pro downhill mtn bikes for the past like 7-8 years (still kinda do i guess) and beetween that and xc riding as training for itid say realy helped my quad and calf size and strength but made me realy quad dominant. when i first started doing heavy squats a few years back i could front squat more than back squat haha

I prefer a barbell but that's because the dumbells at my gyms only go up to 110lbs. The heavier dumbbells also get so big that I don't get full range with the larger ones. It atleast feels that way :notsure:.

So I remember seeing in here a while back about some people in here mixing something with normal Whey and taking it before bed instead of wasting money on buying a separate Casein, what was it yall were using? It wasn't just milk was it?

I usually mix with milk and peanut butter when I take it before bed. for the extra protiens and fats. I don't remember what casein does for you
