yeah, I agree with what the others here are saying. I towed a dual-axle Uhaul with my Kubota on it a couple of weekends ago with no trouble at all. That one shouldn't give you any trouble.

Damn... that All Wheels thing is a slippery slope. Man ought to be able to use his land how he wants, it's not like it's turning some huge profit.

 

Might be the city trying to force him to sell of some of it. Or be delinquent so they can come in and take the land...

 

That's exactly what I think is going on. There's a lot more going on than just the surface story.

 

The city is pissed that he wouldn't go through their bureaucratic bull shit originally. He outsmarted them by making it donations only and they looked like fools.

 

I just hope the attorney he hired finds some obscure loop hole and he's able to make the city look like fools once again (and keep his park open of course).

 

I wouldn't be surprised. Stranger things have happened when a town smells money.

 

I do too but long term if that happens they'll wait for something to catch..or just make it up if they have to..

 

Hopefully he can either pull a permit or sorta legitimize his park

 

I think the lawyer he has is working pro bono. The lawyer is a race car driver and should be pretty motivated.
