Low/high of 1. We could meet in the Springs, convoy out to canon city and then loop back around through Woodland Park and end in the Springs.

and yes metberry has a big area at the bottom by the river. great place to hang out.

Geneva creek could be fun too.

was just mt baldy area. started eagle rock til a cv went but that leads to mt baldy trails. some for built rigs and easier baldy for others.

argentine/McClellan is another good option for a variety of rigs.

Yeah, I was going to mention Eagle Rock but it's not really stock friendly either.

nope but mt baldy is and there's a big campsite on there to hang out at. the rigs can go play on eagle rock while the stockers can explore baldy.

or argentine is sticker friendly while McClellan is tighter and rockier. meet up near the mine lots of areas to hang there. more susceptible to storms tho.

cascade creek might be stock friendly and has some harder lines. hell rigs could go up spring creek and meet up top.

or bill Moore with an option for red elephant

I didn't know Mike but I talked to him on here a few times. I don't know the condition of the road(s) in the area b/c of the fire & subsequent flood(s), but that last stretch of Rampart Range Rd into/out of Garden of the Gods was kinda stock friendly yet could be challenging depending on what line you took. Go the back way into Woodland Park then from there, idk.

RRR, Upper/Gold Camp Rd, 7Falls & that back way to Cripple Creek (Old Stage Rd?) is the extent of my experience down there.

This seems a lot like the Alpine Tunnel trail, which is very scenic with a few shelf roads.
I think this should be on the list of possible runs.

    ???

Planning to get a group together over the weekend of the 4th in the Hancock area outside of Buena Vista for some outdoor fun. There are a shit ton of trails in the area, some may be open, some may still be snowed in, only one way to find out. I will head up Thursday evening to grab a spot, join whenever, "where" coordinates above are where I setup last time up there, open to setting up in a different location as well if anyone has a better spot in the area. There are a ton of spots in this area, and it is not too far back down to the highway.

    Trails in the area:

    Chinaman Gulch
    Hancock Pass
    Grizzly Lake
    Pomeroy Lakes
    Iron Chest
