try it tomorrow and see how it goes. If not, maybe try a new product. I know people have different opinions on C4 but I've been taking it for almost 2 years (cycling on and off) and I still get the itches if I'm not lifting within 25 minutes of taking it.

I wish they still made craze. That shit was literally the best PWO I've ever taken. They took it off the market though because it had some type of amphetamine in it. Probably why I used to rip workouts on that stuff lol

Amphetamines lol. Funny how they now use them to treat attention disorders.

This. Fat is what slow absorption rates down...so, fat added to protein (casein) does that..save ur $ and have some eggs or whey shake with a fat source before bed so it is slowly released into the muscles.

    Because it's c4 :D

U prob need a stim break...try 6 wks on and 2 wks off ...this way you won't be overloading your receptors.

Got a buddy that just moved back to town and has been comin to the gym with me. He's a lot bigger (6'1", 230 lbs compared to 5'8" 150) and stronger (bench 350, deads 465, compared to 285, 315) than me, so it's nice to have someone to push me. Finally got to go heavy today for the first time in a while on bench, but I think I made too big of a jump too fast and ended up getting buried by 275  Went back down to 245 and banged out 3, then threw up 265 pretty easily. Then did 4 sets of 6 on flat DB Bench with 90s. Cable flies, incline dumbbell, then low-high cable flies. Chest is DEAD.

AAAAAND....I decided to get serious about getting back in shape and am goin on my first ever "real" low carb, high protein diet. Gonna try it out for a couple months and see what happens. This should get interesting.

It says "more explosive" right on the packaging.

Not bad! I've never had the chance to go that heavy. Heaviest I've gone is 130s for 6 I believe on incline. I don't flat db because I do bb first. Were you properly benching? Sorry if that comes off as rude. I just used to have more shoulder issues and I was able to fix them with changing my bench style.

I agree. The heavy weight is cool and all, but they just get too long to get a full press on.

I've had several trainers look it over and they say that my form is good enough that it shouldn't hurt at all.
