Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I prefer beef ribs in mass quantity of course.

I find beef ribs to be stringier and have more fat on them than pork ribs.

    Still damn tasty though!

Not much yet, got a pretty good sound system w/ my custom sub box. Plan on adding more lights & a tool box.

Exactly! The fat is where the flavor comes from!

I like the cow sicles better than the pig ones!
Smoke 'em on the Q for 4-5 hours & dig in!

B-B-Q ribs are the best! "One is too many, and a thousand never enough!" I've busted the button off of two different pairs of pants because of ribs!. Once I get going, I can't stop. Same way with tri-tip.:D

That was an old picture - but my husband and I just smoked 2 racks this past weekend. I'll be eating some leftovers for lunch today!!

    :D

No reall recipe needed. Although, our method is pretty simple and yet still Oooo so good!! Buy ribs, pull off the membrane off the back, put in a rack, put in smoker. Two hours later, wrap in foil, Two hours later...remove from foil. Total cooking time, approx 5-6 hours for fall-off-the bone meat. We used to put rub on 'em, but we stopped doing that and strictly bath them in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce when theyr'e done!

    Me!

I do a no-sauce rib. Trying to mimic Willingham's ribs outta Memphis. Mine are damn good. Gotta tweak my online recipe a bit. Latest addition is putting the ribs in the cooler for 30 mins when done (don't dog it till you've tried it).
