    Here ya go. I hope you can see what I did there as it was hard to get decent pictures. I also have a small aluminum strip from the taillight to the mount to support it, this helped a lot. There isn't much attached to the fiberglass anymore.

    I have 4.88s and still hardly enough ass. Now 4.88s with 33s is the shit. Plenty of power and torque. The difference between 4.10s with 33s and 4.88s with 33s is huge! but 4.88s and 35s didn't put me back to stock power. I bet it really sucks with 4.56s and 35s

    wow. Well then you should know best. I didn't think stock gears and 33s was bad but then I also added intake, headers, exhaust and a tuner for a lil extra power. but I think 35s and 4.88s is pretty brutal.

    I didn't like 33's and stock gears but I'm on a stock motor and at 5000+ ft in elevation. I'm running 4.88's with my skinny 33's now and still can't even 1 tire fire on pavement unless I turn into it. I'm not excited for what it's like to run 35's or bigger... Hopefully I'll get boost about the same time or shortly after.

    I have no problem running and maintaining 75 mph. Its just slow to get there. The motor has plenty of tq just no hp. and the racecar thing is so retarded. No shit its not a race car. For one, it's a truck, not a car. And two, if it was a "racecar", why would I be driving it on the street as a dd? That's the dumbest argument ever for me stating my truck is slow.

    Mine would do 75mph on 3.73, but only on flat ground or down hill would it stay in 5th. Any sort of incline and it would stay in 4th or 3rd sometimes. on 4.88's, it rarely goes to 4th unless I stand on it. I'm bone stock and the high elevation plays into performance a lot I am finding. I am only getting about 12-13 psi to my motor while someone at sea level would see 14.7 psi. May not seem like a lot but most of the S/C'd rigs are only seeing 5 psi over atmosphere at redline and they are making 50+ more hp.

    i just dont want to ruin the purch mount...but i guessi could cut that off with a sawzall and weld on a new flat plate.


    it looks like theres more room then there is in the pic...camera was right against oil pan

    ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
    Shit I have to re torque my DMZ kit every time before I head out (German torque wrench Gutt n tight) but that kind of goes with the territory I thought? Put a dab of red lock tight but might need a little more:D.
