What'd it look like? My station is off Evans, and there's a few guys with built 4runners there.

Thanks everyone for the info regarding the lift kit! I'm pretty excited to finally get my truck lifted after 2 years. Im also planning on getting the sr8 wheels when they get released, a pair of sliders, and a steel plate front bumper. Then I can really have some fun.

Didn't really get a good look, blue with a plate bumper and winch, couple of stickers, dark windows, was the corner by the restaurant depot. You a fireman ? Didn't know they had a station there, I work on Custer ave.

Edit: I drive past it everyday, right down the street from us:D

Ian, you make a good point. I've gotten the bolts out before on several previous lift but have put the bolt in backwards in the tacoma. My 06 tacoma required some sheet metal bending. The 07 4runner had plenty of room to pull out the bolt with no mods.

Mine required some bending too. It wasn't hard to do.

Im thinking Ill just stay with iron sights for now. Maybe Ill get another aimpoint t-1 or sqve up for an acog eventually. Ive never shot with an acog, I hear they are amazing. Mainly, irons are most reliable for me because they don't need batteries and can't break or get thrown off very easily.

Definitely, I had a t-1 on mine but just recently traded it for a leupold mark 4 cq/t

I dig the Leupold but now I'm thinking I maybe want an eotech or am acog as well

    Aimpoint setup

The leupold is bulky but I like its features and it was a good trade value wise
