285's are in the bed, 35/12.50r17 on the wheels, took it out for a run, pretty rough, tight trail to get here, learned 2 things, I need to trim my fenders and I love 35's

So 2" out of the fenders and bash the firewall with a bfh should do the trick?

That and additional massaging to the cab mount may be required.

I had to bash my firewall and the pinch weld quite a bit. I ended up splitting the pinch weld in some places. Cut your cab mount as much as you can. I was also able to have my castor pulled forward quite a bit so that also helped get me away from the firewall

A small handful of select mods.
This was helpful for sure but then I started rubbing on the top of the inner fender toward the front. Some more pinch type weld up front there that needs to be bashed or cut too.

Thanks. They are what I had my 255s on and this is going to be my spare wheel and tire. Got some konigs for the other four tires.

Looking good. How much did you end up cutting out of your fenders?

    ^ 2"

I left tabs to bend in to be able to attach a fender liner too, but didn't like how it looked so I cut them off. The next side should go a lot faster now that I just need to make one cut.
