    I bought this for my '99 Tacoma. I was waiting to install it until I had an offroad bumper.

    I've now sold the truck and have a TRD that has a trans cooler, so I don't need this one.

    It is brand new, never installed. I did open the plastic bag with the mounting parts, but I taped it shut afterwards and all is there.
