    I took a mixed case back with me 2 years ago when I went to Florida. I still have 2 creme brulee stouts that I'm sure have aged nicely. Or at least doesn't taste like pure sugar with molasses.

    Yeah. It seems that some of the high ABV beers could use a little aging (2-6 months) to take some of the edge off.

    Next time I head to Camp Hill (closest town with the beer) I'm gonna buy a couple DogFish Head 120 IPAs and let them sit a couple months. I've actually had this Southern Tier sitting for 3-4 months lol.

    You should be able to age those for about 10 years and still be good. I love doing vertical tasting of beer from different years. Anchor christmas is a good one to do, but they change up their recipe just a little every year.
