These look nice. They have 3 LEDS with a total of 9 watts that put out 1200 lumens.

The H11 fog light bulbs from Lifetime LEDs have 2 LED elements with a total of 22 watts and put out 2000 lumens. Brighter and easier to install...

Problem with putting LEDs in a housing designed for a halogen bulb is that you'll get uneven light distribution and hot spots.

There is a guy on here that is a Lifetime LED dealer. kd8bao His name is henry and he sells the LED headlight and fog light bulbs.

They run about $150.00, actually cheaper than the xB lights too.;)

I have both and love them!!!

This may be true with most LEDs but the ones I am talking about are engineered for the factory housings and are very well designed. The position and spacing of the LED emitters mirror those of the filaments on the halogens.

I'm not trying to crash this thread or dissuade people from buying a particular product, I'm just putting the info out there. :)

Good price !!! I saw them online for around $170.00

As I said before, if I didn't already have LED lights that I am very happy with I would definitely consider the xB fog lights. They are styled very nicely.

Again, just like you said in the other thread, I bring up the same point: they will be a random blob of light--not a controlled beam.

Feel free to mention those silly bulbs in every thread EXCEPT this one.

Gladly! I knew they were a hit the second I installed my set many moons ago. I said to myself "this is gonna be big!".

    Also: that's what she said.

Thats exactly what you are doing. Keep that shit in the lighting forums not in a groupbuy thread for a different product. And I can bet you that "2000 lumens" is measured right off the LED and not actual road output.

I installed mine finally. Good looking lights for sure. Now to test them at night and adjust the beams.
