Had one of the best arm days I've had in a while today. Went with Assault as my pre today.

Triset #1: (back-to-back-to-back circuit with no breaks)

    skull crushers: 3 sets of 10 @ 75 lbs
standing preacher curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 75 lbs
leg press calve raises: 3 sets of 10 @ 330 lbs

    Triset #2:

rope triceps push-down: 3 sets lbs per rep (60 lbs, 60 reps)
straight bar cable curl: 3 sets lbs per rep (40 lbs, 40 reps)
seated calve raises: 3 1-minute cluster sets (As many as you can do in 1 min) @ 90 lbs

    Triset #3:

reverse-grip straight bar push-down: 3 sets lbs per rep (60 lbs, 60 reps)
rope hammer curl: 3 sets lbs per rep (40 lbs, 40 reps)
leg press calve raises (different footing on each): 3 1-minute cluster sets (As many as you can do in 1 min) @ 135 lbs

On all the lbs per rep, I definitely had to drop weight throughout...that shit sucks!

Tabata abs with weighted crunch machine and planks (8 mins total)

Got my arms pumped as a muh-fucka for America today.

He can't talk about it; he's an undercover pre-op transvestite hooker

the belly fat is the last place to go, man. I've lost 18 lbs since beginning my cut and still only have a visible 2-pack unflexed. I can get 4 to pop if I flex. The quest to a 6-pack is a long and hard (giggidy) task.

A bit thing I've always told people who are trying to lose weight while weight training is to measure themselves. Ya you might stay the same weight, but muscle is more dense than fat. Therefore you will be "skinnier" but weigh the same. How's you're cardio and calorie intake?

But I finally reached 200 on my cut. I started off about 210 3 weeks ago and should be under 200 by next week. :)

Todays back workout was killer too!

if you cut out the really bad shit but still eat the same amount of calories in "ok" shit, you won't lose weight per se

Did shoulders today, then my buddy said "Hey, let's go play basketball." Bad idea. Don't take The Curse then go do somethin that strenuous. Thought I was gonna have a heart attack. But that might just be because all I ever do for "cardio" anymore is run a 7:55 mile on the treadmill.
