I am so fucking lost! I had a new nut put on the UCA bolt and everything is nice and tight now. Went for a quick test drive and all appears good to go except im still experiencing this unexplainable noise.

It is ONLY on the driver side for starters. If I am driving straight or making a regular left or right turn im good, but if I turn kinda hard at a decent speed and the suspension flexes at all during the turn then I get a metal grinding sound.

I went to an open area and tried a few things and this is where it got scary. I can put the wheel at full lock for a left hand turn and no sound. If I put full lock to the right and make a hard right or conplete circle keeping at full lock, the metal grind/pop/clunking sound now correlates to a pulsing in the steering wheel. When the suspension flexes slightly just from the body roll in the turn, all of a sudden a loud noise and my wheel suddenly turns further past full lock then pulls me back and the steering wheel grabs back and forth as if something is steering for me. It has about 1/2" of play back and forth during this jerking feel amd once I slow down and the body roll ends or I straighten the wheel all is better and still drives great.

The only thing I can think of is the steering stop is no longer contacting the LCA in the correct position and is now sliding up on top or down below the LCA allowing for this temporary motion past full lock then being grabbed back. Can a Maxtrac spindle cause a change in geometry of this contact point? And if so why only on 1 side and not the other?

This has nothing to do with the steering issue but you may want to take the hub off the spindle and take a look inside the spindle and see if there is any grinding going on inside there.
There has been issues with the bore on the maxtrac spindle not being deep enough and the hub bearing grinding up against the inside of the spindle hub area. Just taking off the brake dust shields themselves make the hub sit a little deeper than stock so its just something to check for grinding noise.

Everything seems to be good from a visual inspection. Tie rods ends seem tight and no abnormal wear in upper and lower joints noticed during install of everything. I have a hunch it may be a bad ball joint as well but that wouldnt explain the jerking of the steering wheel. Something has to have enough for to pull the tid rod in/out when the steering flexes at full lock. Thats a tough one to explain.

Im pretty familiar with this issue. Ill take a look. Its hard since I dont have the tools or resources to do this on my own so im constantly asking for help which sucks. But ill figure something out.
