Morning Cool Old Dudes + Susan.

Third rainy day in a row here. Yesterday was relatively quiet. Youngest son Mitch's girlfriend's birthday. He, her, oldest nephew and his girlfriend all went to Whittier to take the 26 Glacier Cruise. I went over their place mid day for a few hours to give the grand pup Loki a break from being in his kennel. We played frisbee and rope tug, then took a little nap together. He still thinks I'm a big playmate. Ever had an 80 lbs German Shepherd jump on the couch and lay up next to you? Between him and me being the "moose-man" that I am, I'm not sure those cushions will ever fluff back up.  I would have brought him back over our place, but with all the people (11 staying here at last count--oldest nephew and his girl have been staying at Mitch's) + the rain (mud) he would have driven Kristi nuts, and I need to avoid that. BILs took the nephews and niece to a movie and the girls went shopping. Made Crab Rangoon from the leftover snow crab legs ( no such thing as leftover king crab ;) ) + steak and grilled halibut with some sides for dinner.

Looks like last chance for Denali to come in view is tomorrow due to rain forecasted either side of partly sunny on Saturday. Unfortunately for the Texas group, they fly out a little after midnight tonight. :( I guess missing the Great One will have to be their excuse for coming back. ;) We're planning to take the ATVs and UTV out to Petersville Rd for some riding along the southern border of Denali State Park.

Grandson's birthday party this afternoon. It'll be nice to have all the family able to attend that. :)

Hope all are well today, and Jim is at least feeling a little better.

    Short break before more adjustments.
Car a lot better. Needs more. Going to switch gears and add some more front brake bias. We are on a learning curve.

Sounds relaxing is a busy sort of way. Best of luck when you race the new ride.

Good morning Rob. You are as busy as I was the last two weeks.

Off to the foot Doctor for a shot in the foot. Lots of walking ahead in the next two weeks.

    Morning Tom.
Yep busy, but fun at the same time. I've actually enjoyed most of the visit. My SIL's husband is a really great guy and he's helped keep things on track and me keep my sanity. On the side he and I have been plotting his return with the nephews for a fishing and hunting focused visit next year or the one after. ;)

I'm going to need a detailing consult with you in the next couple of weeks. The new Highlander has been getting a workout hauling everybody around. ;)

Gears helped but one of the master cyl has gone soft so the brake bias keeps changing.
So much powder from tires and track sealer it got caught in the throttle cable and it stuck. Not fun.
    So some more tweaking tomorrow.
Trying to upload photos but they are all upside down.

    Oh well..

I was given an older mower of the same type. It had sat in an old shed for close to 12 years. Took apart the carb and cleaned it, replaced the air filter and spark plug, regreased the drive components and gave it to my sister. For less than $25 she had a great mower for her beach house.

brake bias. have fun like I am mike, the mark 4 is a dual master set up 2 masters to one pedal, 12.88 front 12.18 rear rotors with 6 piston calipers helping 17 inch bfg's to stop try getting that bell crank to what feels good, esp when your cheating and using a used car dealer tag and in something that draws looks as this does just from the exhaust bark.

We went to the big box home stores and looked but anything good was too high for me.. stopped at a mower shop on the way home and this one was 2 years old just traded in on a rider. I had already read up about the honda And its as good as they get. the price was right + he gave me a tune up kit & new blade for down the road. Im really liking the way it cuts and I dont have to push it..Win win:)

Looks like the Great One may potentially come out to play. :) :notsure: we'll see. Have a great day all!
