    Cool story bro. The intake I got adds 5 hp. Dyno proven.
    The intake I got is right up by the radiator. I took the car for a shake down run after the install and it might just be a placebo effect, but the but dyno felt a difference. If nothing else the turbo sounds awesome now!

    I haven't dynoed it myself yet. I'll do that when I have it tuned.

    The 5 hp comes from the manufacturer who is reputable and has dyno charts available showing the gain. I had their intake on my Focus and noticed gains with it as well.

    Probably should've multi quoted but whatever. I did notice an increase in throttle response and a slight increase in torque. I might not be able to notice the 5 hp but I did notice those other things.

    Are you meaning they had additional parts on the engine besides the intake? From what I saw on the charts it was a stock FiST with their intake and 93 octane.

    I agree dynos don't lie. But that was a different vehicle, with a different intake, and under different conditions. Do you remember if the battery was disconnected during install? That affects the MAF and if the car goes into "learning mode" after the install.
