    right on my coccyx

Think I was doing too many max effort lifts, and thinking about it, I was probably going too low on the lo bar too

Are you bracing for every rep? how bad is your butt wink? i only do max effort 3 times a week, anything more than that is hard on the body. You really need to get a belt man. If you can't find a company that ships HI, i can buy one for you and ship it in a flat rate box.

yeah, I think I got the core brace down. A shit ton of stretching has helped get rid of most of my buttwink too, but since I'm so used to the high bar I think I was going too deep

I ordered a belt from inzer almost three weeks ago. haha

    Awesome!

i agree switching from high bar to low bar is hard, all your hip muscles have to work differently.

the best way to get nice abs is doing compound lifts along with some toning exercises. barbell shoulder press, bench, deadlift, and squats are going to make your core much stronger than sit ups. you do need to work out your obliques separately. for core exercises i to straight leg pullups, incline situps with weight, leg lifts, and planks. you have to remember that your core is not just your abs, its your obliques and lower back as well.

its called food. at 17, taking a preworkout like that is going to to FUCK up your heart. i knew a guy that started having heart palpations because of preworkout.
before i workout i eat a nice meal, somethings i take a thermogenic and some green tea extract. if you need something to get you off your ass a thermogenic will do that, but all you really need for energy is food.

It's not from taking too many coccyx in the ass, is it?:D

Leg day was a success. Walking back to my desk, I had a few wobbly knees and give-outs. Love it!!!

    leg press: 10 sets of 3 @ 470

front squats: 6 sets of 5 @ 135 (I am absolutely horrible at these; my wrists always hurt when I load more than 135 on there. Does that make me a little bitch?)

    Glute bridge w/ 1 sec pause: 5 sets of 6 @ 185

Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets of 10 w/ 15 lb dumbbells

Glute hamraises (No machine for that, so I just did lower back extensions, but focused on dat ass): 2 sets of 15 w/ 25 lb plate

Leg extensions: 1 set of 30 (ascending reps: 2 on each leg, 4 on each leg, etc., up to 10) @ 30 lbs per leg

    Gonna be sore tomorrow.

rather spending money on PWO you should really focus on food, but if you want a pick me up after a long day, take a mix of creatine, beta alanine, mix that shit with some of this
    [IMG]
you'll be good to go. most expensive part of this homebrew would be the energy drink, i personally just take a 100mg caffeine tab if i ever need a pick me up.

^^^this 100% A crunch, in no way, compares to compound lifts, although, I do both.

Of course, none of that matters if your shit in the kitchen ain't right!

Problem is, I don't really have money to eat what I want and I don't really have a say on dinner at home. I've found that I'm extremely resistant to energy drinks, and sleeping aids (given to me for surgery), which may be why I don't respond to assault. I'm starting a new job next Wednesday where I'll be makin tips as well, so I should hopefully be able to buy what I need for good food.
