They have really good customer service, I'm hopeful they will take care of you.

 

Nothing visible but me and Alex are no gear experts either. I mean there were no teeth missing but the fluid was a very grey metallic color and there was a decent amount of shavings on the plug

Yea something wasn't right. It was only on decel that you could hear it. I put the truck on jack stand and took a video of the sound before I changed the third. I'll upload that later once I'm on a computer.

 

So is the coast side of the ring look odd? like weird pattern?

Did you do a solid pinion spacer?

 

The ring looks fine which is weird. And yes solid spacer

 

No smoothed out edges on the edges of the back side of the teeth?

Thanks! Mine didn't survive the fender removal very well. Guess I'll look around the audio threads and see if I can figure out a decent aftermarket option.
