    One of the newer fitness trends of a more progressive gym. Basically the new total fit exercises are getting back to basics such as sit ups, push ups, and a lot of common chores that one might do during the day.

    The push over the tire is hard to do but it can be mastered. There is also the popular hit a smaller tire with a 5 or 10 lb sledge hammer.
