If you want something to help you burn fat Kase then go get some bronkaid, caffeine pills, and aspirin.

EC stack is great if you just need that extra push in fat loss, people run it when they hit a weight loss plateau or need to cut water weight.

you will feel hot all the time, you will piss A LOT, sleeping will be difficult. Would i recommend? not really, but it's a lot better than most fat burner bullshit pills filled with tons of blends. and its cheap as hell.

Try to aim for zero grams of sugar daily with your low cargo diet. Use mustard and hot sauce instead of ketchup and or BBQ sauce. I was able to get a six pack when I was in the USAF with zero cardio (running) by extreme dieting and intense workouts. All of these little things add up and help you to achieve your goals.

I'm just getting back into lifting after having a a torn shoulder, bad knee, and golfer's elbow. My days of throwing around 100lbs dumbbells are over. LOL

I just bought a squat rack off of Craigslist and plan to turn my garage into my own home gym. It's a lot easier for me to go into the garage with some As I Lay Dying playing and get a workout than it is to drive to the gym, wait for a machine/bench, and wait in traffic on the way home.

2nd day after leg day is always the worst. It hurts so good! I had to actually put my hands on the toilet and slowly sit down this morning.

Did back today, stared with sumo deads, 455 went up like it was 315, 495 went up like 405, might've had something to do with a little bit of carb binge last night :p then did some barbell rows with 225 and single arm barbell row with 225, pump was ridiculous, swear my back got a inch thicker, finished with some barbell curls #4dagirls
