This might not help much but I see various toyota beds on th side of the road from time to time. Never really checked for model though. Maybe craigslist? Also, how do you plan on securing your cargo? Might be cheaper to say screw it and find alternative cargo mounting points.

Btw. What F ING A hole does that to a bed? Maybe the load got pulled out by previous owner?

Lol what I mean is that looks like some work to rip holes in the bed like that. A unsecured cargo makes sense but if op is right in saying they did it cuz they didn't feel like doing the job proper thats just lazy bs. If you had a motorcycle strapped to the bed could that do the damage? Not questioning the truck just seems off.

You see Toyota beds on the road from time to time? Do they still have the bedsides and tailgate attached, or are they 1st gen liners?

Not really sure on gen but they are just liners. Like I said I never really had a reason to stop. It's not like I see a bunch just remember seeing some. Could have been tundra beds if they just have liners like the tacoma. Figured craigslist or the paper might have something.
Edit: what I remember most was how damn flimsy they looked sitting out.

Only first gens have the plastic liners, the "flimsy" ones you are seeing, over the metal bed. They so have a tendency to fly out of the back sometimes. Fairly useless anyway at protecting. They're good at trapping moisture.

The second gens don't have these. The inside of the bed is composite/plastic with metal bedsides.

As for the creepers, move along. I already know the poor girl has an inbox full of creepers.

Flat bed that shit. You could put a fair amount more bales on it with a flat bed, and loading would be easy. Some stained wood sides would make it the ultimate horse girl truck showing that you mean business, yet prefer something reliable while the other ladies are in the shop.

Maybe if you contact a Line-X dealer and get the holes fiber-glassed and then have the bed sprayed. As for tie downs - you could just install D rings where the rails used to be. This would be the easiest solution compared to replacing the entire bed.
