Alright all i just went and installed my billies at 1.75 with the stock TRD OR coils.

My 2013 DCSB has all of 10605 mi on her.

I noticed when doing the PASSENGER side that there was a decent amount of up and down slop in the CV output from the front diff. I did not check the driver side. It also seemed like the PASSENGER side was out of round like something could be bent (which is highly unlikely as its never really been driven off road hard at all)

I had no vibes before the lift. Today driving to work i didnt have any and then put her in 4wd on a straight stretch, then as soon as it came out of 4wd boom vibes.

Couldnt tell if it was driver or passenger side.

Have people had issues with the PASSENGER side front diff output. How much slop is the passenger side supposed to have?

Also does toyota have a fix for the bearing (as my truck is still under warenty) or is all we have the ECGS bushing for the driver side?

    Thanks

EDIT: Actually, now I don't understand the question. Are you saying it's on the wrong side and so can't be the needle bearing? My thoughts were, "if it goes away in 4WD it's the bearing." As for a dealer fixing it, most dealers aren't going to fix something that only came about after you put on an aftermarket lift. They're going to tell you to take it off. There's no fix for the needle bearing from Toyota that I know of.

When I had the bearing installed, I had them replace the front axles that looked worn just in case. They didn't cost too terribly much so I left it up to the shop to decide.

I only stated the passenger side as thats the only side i actually checked the play in the CV from the diff. It had some play but not tons... when i get home today i will compare the difference between both sides and see how much they have.

That's the point. If it doesn't do it in 4wd, and does in 2wd, it's the needle bearing. Shifting into 4wd doesn't make it go away for the rest of the trip.

Once you get the front CV to the point where the hub isnt holding it, you can pretty much use a slide hammer to pull it out of the clamshell right?
