And, you'll likely want to get a puller for the pilot bearing. There is the grease method but it is a bit messy and time consuming.

Yeah that was a bitch. We welded something to it to pull it. The grease/wadding method looks easier since it took us about a 45 mins to get the damn thing out.

Yeah, bought the kits from Camelback. Ran about $30/kit. After seeing the quality of TGP, I tend not to mess around unless I hear of something that is purpose built better (like Bamatoy's Alternator kit)

I'm patient but not patient enough for the grease trick. It is handy to know in a pinch but I'll be researching pullers for the time I have to do the clutch again.

Camelback throws in free shipping for orders over $150 so you may want to save up a big order. Otherwise, shipping will tack on another $15 (roughly).

    Bone stock. For now.
Man, that is a damn good looking truck! Makes me miss my '02 Goldie. But I guess I'm pretty happy with my black '03. BTW, I am stealing your spare tire mount idea! Great idea!

    Thanks for the compliment.

Took me quite a bit of courage to finally drill the hole for the spare tire mount. Worked out well and plenty of room to go to a 35.

For those asking about OME 882s, this was ride height of 882s with Dakars (no AAL).

Please note, the pavement has a slight rise to it and the truck has an ARE tonneau cover on the back.

The warble produced by the AC has turned into a chirp. Something else to work on. Might be left to the dealership.

Wanted to replace the O2 sensor nuts and wound up removing the studs on the downstream one. Not sure how the hell they bent up like they did. Had to make some replacements out of some stainless M8 boltsDSC_0525_zpsca307102_5205331cbbffa03ec8ced5610ea768d8ddab0f21.jpg:

Oh look, a couple springs were in the last shipment from Camelback. Need to get around to removing that squeaky clutch spring...

Stickers aren't going on until the install and tuning is done. and those are definitely adding at least 5HP per sticker. at least!
