Plasma cutter question

I bought a cutmaster 102 plasma cutter for $600 in real nice condition, but it is wired as 3 phase. I need to convert it to single phase. I have a diagram of how to wire it, but I think I need jumpers to do it. It doesn't need jumpers with 3 phase.

Does anyone know what jumpers I should buy or have a picture of your setup to show what they look like? Maybe I can find some that work at the local electrical store.

Also, where's the best place to get consumables for this? I'm going to get a drag tip for it.

 

No real advice to offer here. All I know is my Miller welders and PC'er have a copper jumper included with them. Depending on what power service is coming in, you just move the jumper from one set of post to another.

Who sells that unit? That would be the first place to check.

 

It's a thermal dynamics. I think the previous owner must have discarded the jumpers when he switched it to 3 phase. I will probably call TD since I can't find any replacements online. There must be a universal jumper out there though.

 

Thats a well know brand, you will have no trouble getting what you need. You will love using the plazma cutter. I don't know how I went so long without it.

 

I'm replacing an older hypertherm 40 amp with this big boy. I can't wait to see how much faster I can cut now.

The powermax is a good unit. Mine never had any issues and consumables are easy to get. I found this awesome deal on a TD though, otherwise I would still be using the hypertherm.

I have a hypertherm powermax 350. It can run off of 110 or 220. Ive always used it on 220 though. Works good for my needs. Does pretty good up to 3/16- will cut 1/4" ok but have to go kinda slow.
