Possibly the most delicious hydration drink I've ever tasted. I didn't put a full serving in for either, so I don't cause my kidneys to fail. It's so damn good and it's not even cold yet.

this really skinny guy was watching me do my squats
when I was doing my pause squats, he came over to the rack next to me

    put 295 on the bar
did what I'd interpret as two "quarter squats"
    looked at me
then left, after taking the weight off the bar

    i am confuse

Gear...also, being strict as fuck, but gear helps a lot, too. There's absolutely NO WAY anyone could ever gain 60 lbs of muscle in a year without drugs.

    Do u even supp, bro?

How much are you eating? On a bulk, after 3 months, I'm probably up 15-16 lbs...granted, it's not all muscle. You've got to eat at least 500 calories above maintenance to see any gains. Especially being new to the gym, you should be seeing rapid newb gains. Just stick with it and eat like hog and you'll start seeing changes! When I first started, I got really cut but never added on any size until I figured out getting bigger is 80% diet, 20% gym. Going to the gym is simple, but having a diet that allows you to grow isn't. I'm not saying eating clean, I'm saying eat A LOT! Clean eating is bullshit. You've just got to be extremely consistent every day. My biggest problem was that I'd eat 3200 calories a day during the week, but on the weekend, I wouldn't eat as much, so nothing happened. After I figured the diet part out, everything fell into place. I started out weighing 140 and benching 115 and now I'm 182 (down from 200 a few months ago) and benching 295, a change that took around 4 years, but as long as you eat right and go hard in the gym, the gains will come.

Probably not. I dunno if you know your caloric maintenance, but mine is around 2700/day, so to gain, I need to eat about 3200/day. Go to iifym and use their calculator and it'll estimate your maintenance for you; it's not spot-on, but it's a good starting point

EAT BEEF. Chicken is for people on diets lol.

Early morning workout because I forgot that my work schedule changed. DOH! Quads and calves... Strength was way up which was great, but it was weird because I felt as if I had no energy.
