You don't NEED mudflaps, it depends on the offset of the wheels. My truck didn't even come with them from the factory. Such is the case with many vehicles.

He went 5% over the state limit and got denied inspection.

I miss mine sometimes, only because the sides of the truck get dirty faster. Even with the rear mud flaps, I've still kicked up snow on a couple cars by accident.

Ours is a 20.5 when we were buying it we wanted a 23ft but looking back on it I'm glad we got the one we did..it's small enough to trailer around and easy enough to fit in most gas stations which is a big deal with a 100 gallon tank. Most marinas are at least $.75 higher per gallon..we maybe use it 10-15 times a year....we bought it used and it was more than my Tacoma....

Yup went to 30% and 3 or 4 years ago and never had problem. I went to 2 places this year and the first place was nice enough to tell me that I was not going to pass and did not charge me. The second one didn't say a thing and gave me a big R. Worst part is the second one is my usual place and was the ones that passed me in the past. Both had measured it at 27%. Makes sense 30% + the factory 3%.

Damn. What did you have to do? Is that stuff easily removable?
I was going to have my fronts done.

    35% is the legal limit.
Just get a receipt when you get them tinted and leave it with your registration, that's what the guy at Tintking(they do an awesome job by the way) told me to do.
I think you can do more on the rear windows if you have side mirrors.:notsure:
    MA Auto Tinting Limits

    • Front side windows: 35% visible light transmission (VLT)
    • Rear side windows: 35% VLT
    • Rear window: 35% VLT

How many lbs test? You could have made a snare loop in the end, then run out there and dropped it over her neck...

There is some loophole with the rear windows but I think they closed it. I just had mine tinted a couple weeks ago and was talking to the guys at the shop. I had my fronts done at 35%, my rear side windows were already darker than 35% from the factory and I had them really darken the back window to keep the sun out of my son's eyes since he has a rear facing seat. The factory was already under 35% and I had them put another 20% on top of it. The back is like limo tint now. We'll see what happens when I get it inspected.

Nice. I like the look of that sticker a lot.
It should definitely improve the performance of that massive truck in a rock garden, too.
