Tell me about it, I have more problems with my '11 Cadillac than I do with the old truck. My favorite is that if I hit the rear washer button, onstar answers and the fluid comes out of the speaker in the A pillar.lol

    Pre-Tacos FTW!

I am pretty sure I passed you yesterday on 195 by Exit 6 on my way back from Rausch.

I'd recommend you do some plug welds to hold the frame together before and after you weld on the new perches. My frame is completely de-laminating and the only thing holding on the OE spring perch is the rivet in front/behind.

Why do so many people order shocks first? shit costs way to much money to guess at IMO. I can't think of anyone who has measured before they ordered and can't wrap my head around why? Not worth the risk to my wallet. This weekend Ill be cutting off my blown 5100's and measuring for new shocks after I put on my flip kit.

    :(

    x2

who cares - the stuff is junk.

What does he mean no one measures? I installed my flip kit and measured and got the same results as everyone else so I ordered the same shock as most.

yea you don't count...those shocks never got installed and are currently bastardized :D

why don't you ask him not mojo? :goingcrazy:

what were your measurements and what did you go with? Curious to see if my numbers are close to yours and they should be.

I don't read everything like I used to so I must have missed the fact you measured yours or maybe you never posted it in here....who knows? I'm not stalking people like Hunter is.

I just know MOST people do not measure and it amazes me.

That's a sweet pic at Centralia. When we went in April the smoke was hard to find.
