    damn you !!! lol
I'd prefer a linked SAS. LT is next best option as far as "bolt on" and cost. not much difference between the money on a mid travel set up and a entry level +2 LT.
    Me too.

Got to go to Fort Eustis for the first time today. Boy that was interesting.

After our mod day just over a month ago, I got an alignment at Firestone. Then this past weekend I put on new UCAs. I took the truck back to Firestone yesterday and they said they couldn't get the alignment heads on my wheels and had no idea how they had done it before (the guy who did it no longer works there)...I guess they tried letting air out and clamping them on, but when aired back up they'd pop off. They kept it over night and tried more this morning. Finally called around lunch and said the Eustis one has a newer machine that goes on the tire somehow. I just didnt know it was actually ON base. Was fun having both mine and my wifes trucks searched.

Guess we will see if they can align it there.... not looking forward to picking it up later with that traffic....

Probably. Dynamite designs in NC are working on a kit as well. I'd say they might come out cheaper

Nothing personal, but I think that is pretty fawked up! Noone is supposed to be able to make purchases on a military installation unless you possess a military ID card. Just my $.02....civilians taking the military's bennefits one discount at a time!

I guess so? I had no idea it was actually on base lol. Still a normal Firestone with normal prices...Military gets 10% off. I sure as shit couldnt go over to the commissary or anything like that and buy stuff...They need to update the one on Warwick with that newer machine. The Eustis store did a fine job getting it to 3 degrees on each side!

Glad to hear they got it done right! Honestly, I'm surprised you got on base. Firestone must do that a lot and have "an arangement".

The Firestone on Langley is substandard at best. Horrible customer service and when I checked prices for tires they sucked at that too.
I use the one up in Grafton on HWY17 - great group of employees there.

As soon as I saw that dynamite thread I knew RST would have something out as well.

Their thread on the RST forum is pretty good and has been attracting attention.

IMO if I were to SAS I'd go with an RST product first. Wyatt's got a lot moar experience

As the 2nd gens age I'd expect to see more swaps.

Be interesting to see what the NC company comes up with... an East coast company would be nice for the lack of shipping alone! Drive down and pick up.

    LT can get expensive :notsure:

Have Matt help you do a leaf SAS swap. Should be better than LT for a similar price.

Probably this. But LT isnt cheap either.
