    Just took my 2nd to last scoop of C4........so glad to see that shit go. Horrible.

    I went to GNC to get another tub of ON whey yesterday and got a free sample of Cellucore Alpha Amino and it's pretty damn good, especially compared to my flavorless ON BCAA's, which are naxty as fuck!

    Back day begins in about 10 mins!

    Do you have vitamin shoppe in your area? Their prices are literally about 30% cheaper than GNC for the same exact products.. I went into a GNC and my mouth dropped when I saw their prices.. just looking out.

    Haha I absolutely HATE GNC and I usually order from bb, but 9 times out of 10, I never place my order in time for it to get here before I run out, so I end up having to go to GNC. I just looked it up and there's a Vitamin Shoppe on the way to my school, so I might have to step in and check it out tomorrow. According to the internet, their ON is the same price as BB's, too, so they might be my new spot, providing they've got the right flavors. Thanks!

    Back day:

    single-arm lat pull-down: 1 set of 30 @ 60 lbs (ascending reps)

    rack pulls: 10 sets of 3 @ 315 for 5 sets and @ 275 for 5

    single-arm cable row: 6 sets of 5 @ 60 lbs

    lat pull-down: 5 sets of 6 @ 185 for 2 sets and @ 160 for 3 sets

    barbell dead lift to rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 95 lbs

    dumbbell incline lever pull: 2 sets of 15 w/ 25 lb dumbbells

    Doing single-arm back stuff really isolates those cobra lats!
