    Hah I got you!

It's all good! I've worked sports nutrition before and the hate is more or less the same across the board. Just gotta pick a good store with knowledgeable staff.

    Not even once.

Looks good, but got damn, it's expensive! 2 gallons is $57 and is only 15 servings. I'd have to buy 2 gallons every week! Still might try it though b/c curious :spy:

lol sorry. I've had a long-standing feud with them, as I've expressed in here many times...with pictures.

    1. 9 times out of 10, the person trying to give me all this bullshit advice is either 120 lbs or 500 lbs

    2. 9 times out of 10, they have no idea what the hell they're talking about "Dude, you need to get our hyper-anabolic whey 360 with fast-releasing enzymes that will increase the testosterone production and add muscle like crazy! That ON you want to buy is garbage....I'm just trying to warn you"

    3. the prices are sooooooo high

    4. their sales are bullshit. The tub of ON I usually buy is marked $99 at their store, but it's always "conveniently" on sale for $60 every time I go in there

    5. The gold card program or whatever the hell it's called is crap, too. Why should I have to pay extra to get discounts? Give me the card and I'll only buy from you, but I'm not going to pay to get a discount that's STILL more expensive than bb.com

    6. Most of the employees are as bad as used car salesmen. "Oh you're just getting whey?! Dude, you're not gonna gain any muscle without this ZMA and BCAA's. With this green tea extract, you'll lose like 40 lbs in a month."

No offense to you, of course, but I fucking LOATHE that place. I usually end up pissed off every time I leave.

That's because they haven't shipped it... It takes 5-7 weeks to make the belt. I just went through this a few months ago. But trust me, the quality is top notch and it is worth the wait.

Got some new supps in :woot:

Cookies n' Cream ON Whey - Not a fan of the taste. Kinda funky. Probably won't buy it again. Now I have 5 lbs I have to finish...

ON Creatine Powder - Very fine. A lot finer than the Mass Machine or whatever it was I was using. We'll see how it goes.

MP BCAA 3:1:2 - Watermelon is freakin delicious. Mixes up really well, too.

Just started back at the gym and want to start taking some supplements. What can you guys recommend for me? 6'2" 170 pounds. Average build. Wanting to just gain muscle and live healthier.

Looking for pre-workout, during, post workout. Protein, really anything that will help. Im not one to just take a magic pill. I know I have to work with these things.
