That sucks! I couldn't tell you when I have worked my normal schedule seems like I am having to cover at least one day sometimes more for people being out. Gets me so screwed up that on my nights off I would rather be getting paid cause I don't sleep worth a crap anyway. Work Monday Thursday and Friday then back on days for 28 days. So it is something for me to look forward too.

Been in maintenance for 20 yrs. Common sense and listening to the machine operators will get you through 80-90% of problems:thumbsup: Be safe!

Me too.....and it usually sucks. We tear apart the machine, clean it & put it back together. Plus it's close to 100 degrees this time of the year during all the work.....it really sucks.

I hear ya, when everything is running there are places in the plant that can easily reach 100°!
I'll second your sentiment. It does SUCK:(

I've learned that from the other guys!
SOME OF THE OPERATORS ARE SOOOOO CLUELESS! ahahah
It's a decent size! We usually run 5 days a week 24 hours a day. It's nothing for us to process 80,000 liters of milk in a day.

    Morning Melissa! How's it going?

It's supposed to clip the coast here we will see. We need the rain where I live but don't think we are going to get anything from it.
