It said on the can: apply to primed or bare metal. So mask, prime, bedliner.

Spray on Rustoleum-type bed liner would probably be ok but be cautious of getting something like Line-X if you were thinking about it. The thickness of Line-X type bed liner may affect how the door closes.

Shouldn't be a problem. The G-Tek sill protectors are pretty thick and they seem to work fine.

I love my Yeti. I have a Roadie 20, the little guy. Usually in my truck bed all the time under a Fold-a-cover tonneau. It's been 110º here in Vegas all week. I filled it with about 4-5lbs of ice the other day and 2 days later it was water, but still very cold. They're expensive, but worth it if you have the need.

Yeah, was very careful about my keys being in my pocket during the install.
Now I treat my bed like a car trunk.
    Thanks for the advice.

Nice! And when you tire of the AAL, check out the spring rebuild thread.

Front amber bulb burnt out this morning. I swear, that and the fact that both of my headlight lenses are cracked makes me believe the headlights just don't want to be in the truck anymore... $6 later... I'm just glad the bulb was super easy to replace.

They will get their chance to be replaced soon....

    Looks awesome man!

I did an aal and it is great. Then I raised the front a little more and needed to get the rear up another inch or so (without using higher blocks). I read that thread and thought what the hell. $50 at the junkyard for donor leafs and a couple hrs later I rebuilt my leaf packs and got the height exactly where I wanted it and it rides even smoother now.

I took my truck in for an emissions test and it passed.

The main reason I bought my 1994 and 1989 5 years ago was non OBDII vehicles are exempt from emission testing here so that is one less thing I would have to worry about every year.

My boss said he saw one of the service writers who worked at the Ford dealership when I worked there was now working at a Toyota dealership and recognized him when he took his Tundra in on Monday.

I decided to take my truck to the dealership instead of some other garage to get the test done (same price either place FREE) and I had a good chat with him while I waited.
