At 6'2 and 170lbs, I'd say food, and lots of it. Nothing is going to help you more then taking in a lot of calories to fuel your growth. Don't bother with a bunch of supplements at the moment. At most I'd look into protein shake post-workout for ease. The rest of the time you need to consume some good sized meals.

I love ON's creatine. I just dump a spoonful in my mouth and down some water

Food, food, and more food. You're skinny and tall, so you need nothing but calories. If you wanna get protein, get a mass-gainer; it's regular protein, but with like 3x the calories. I like Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition. For a pre, MP Assault and TSN Pump Igniter are great. A pre-workout, a mass-gainer, and a couple grocery carts full of food is all you need

I agree on the whole less-supp startup plan. After you learn what you're doing you can add supplements specific to what your goals are

sweet sounds pretty easy. I already eat a ton, probably 5 full meals a day. One for breakfast, mid-day, post workout, dinner and one in-between if I feel hungry.

At 6'2", 170, you DEFINITELY don't eat ENOUGH. You might think you eat a lot, but how many calories are you taking in a day?

I am 6'2" with a medium metabolism and I had to take in approx 5000 to really start gaining weight. I would say just eat whatever you want, but a ton of it but I never started to see results until I began tracking my food. A mass gainer protein and food is all you should be spending the money on. Workout supps if you have money just burning a hole in your pocket... But my food bill was like $600/mo. It's like $450 now and I am leaning

Cook in advance. Make big meals and pack them in tupperware. I can pm you my diet when I was bulking if it will help you get an idea of how much to actually eat.

I was having to eat 3500-3800 to see any weight gain. I can't wait for another month or 2 when I start to bulk again. It's a lot more fun.
