    Went to the store a bit ago. Bone out Boston butt from the store was 3.99lb. A lot lower than I paid, but from my experience so far it didn't shred like I wanted it.

    In a good or bad way? . to stripe it is only a couple seconds per color. Then I just cut and pull another color. I needed 14 different leads. Easier to identify visually. No sticky electrical tape either
