I am not too crazy on the plastidip either. Where ya get the 3m tape from? Is it something you can get like any auto parts store or got to go to a auto body supply store?

Your welcome.. 2 tips.. do it on a hot day the emblems will come off easier and don't forget to take masking tape and place it under and over the emblems before u take them off so you will know where they go back on at and they will be straight

Yep. But then about the time ya'll are leaving the east coast early risers start showing up in the other threads...so it works out.

I've been lucky this year. Most of the holidays are lining up with my 3 day breaks (work a flex 9 hour shift schedule, 5 on 2 off 4 on 3 off. Holidays have been creating several 4 day breaks for me.

 

Youth Corrections? Nahhh If I am up they would be too!!! Would have flash backs from Basic Training

A heat gun set to medium would probably help too, but I've never done mine...thought about it.

 

Haha right. They don't do the boot camp here, but the kids if they get committed they can be sent to a boot camp for multiple years.

I work tomorrow night (Thu) then off from 7AM Friday morning until 10PM Tuesday night. So I'll throw a out there too.

 

Sounds good. We have to have someone here 24/7. I don't mind working the holidays except Christmas. We get double time if we work any holidays.

 

I wish I could say the same unfortunately have to work most but that's just how it goes, the extra money doesn't hurt.

 

I think medium setting is probably "blow dryer" warm. The high setting is freakin' hot ... as in burn your hand if you brush the nozzle after using it at that setting.
