Do you guys ever get burnt out on taking supps. Last couple days my stomach has been pretty jacked up and today I can't even eat solid food. I'm thinking I need a week of good healthy food so my body can recover.

So just have another sandwich instead. Or should I switch over to cutting for a bit.

    I'm 6'1" @ 193... I eat 4400 calories a day or so to gain weight... And it's slow... I was eating 4400 calories when I weighed 180 as well.

Eat more whole foods and be consistent with it.. You can't be guessing how much you eat. You need to be accurate as you can be.

    My current diet

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/eskaja90?date=2014-02-27

Actually that's a little outdated... Same shit I eat but different brands now. Looks like I need to update haha.

The only thing I never take a break from is protein. I'm down to only taking Pre when I feel like I need a little extra focus. I'll usually do 4-6 weeks of creatine then stay off of it for 2-4 weeks

You're fucking arms look like 2" bigger than your last pic! Got damn, slow down so I can at least get close!

I take creatine 3 months on, one month off.

I usually only take pre's when I'm tired, but I've been using them a lot more lately

Protein powder, I very rarely skip

I only take BCAA'a when cutting

Supplements are only there to SUPPLEMENT what you're not getting from your diet and are completely unnecessary if you're eating right

Becuz gainz... I don't technically cycle it every four weeks. I pretty much just take it for a month or so here and there if I want a little boost. And I've pretty much never cycled off of PWOs for the past like 6 years. Oh well.

You have bought pre workout for every workout for the past 6 years? Fuck. That's so much money. I bet its taking one hell of a toll on your system too. I am going to take another year off supps after this cycle of pre workout and creatine. Aside from the occasional protein shake...because college. Hell, I bought protein over a year and a half ago and I still haven't finished the tub.

I feel like your kidneys probably don't like you very much.

I mostly just take protiens and creatine. BCAAs sometimes. And every once in a while to get some extra push. I haven't taken a real break from any of it since I really got into it about 6-7 months ago so I guess it's time for a month off.
Should I use the time to cut and try and get some of my six pack back or still try to gain without the supps

I mean it's not like I take it every day. I take it 3-4 times a week max, and never go over the recommended dosage. And it's not like they contain carcinogens or rat poison.. and considering it's like less than dollar per workout it probably hasn't cost much... Probably less than the average person spends on coffee and I don't even drink coffee. All my vitals are in check.. Don't see what the big deal is lol
