NJ B.S. Thread

The neighbor hood I grew up in all the house sit on 50x 100 lots and I can remember in the summer everyone would have their windows open and you could here everything, that is one thing I didn't want when I was looking for a house. Where am at now is pretty nice most of the houses have big lots, one of the reasons I opted to tear down the original house and build a new on the same lot. One of the things I regret is going with a basement. The money I spent to build it I could have paid for a regular foundation and built a pretty large garage for the same price which would have been a better investment to me. But now I have a large basement to pile shit in until decide to something with it.

I grew up in a house that was on a dirt road and the nearest neighbor was 1/4 mile away. I have no idea what I was thinking buying in a development. I never liked them but settled on a court to cut down on traffic (which is nice but still not good enough).


I could afford a house with a basement or one with a garage. I figured I could add a garage on later....well here it is 10 years later and my basement is full of crap that I never use because I don't have a garage to use it in.

My next step is saving for a new place and getting this turd ready to sell in the next 5 years.

I did take engineering and drafting, and architectural and design in high school.

I feel it has helped a little, luckily my school was cheap and we did everything by hand

Not at all, must have been after they had unveiled it at an auto show or something. I just remember seeing it and thinking it was a cool looking car but didn't know what it was. I got closer and saw the Subaru badge and was surprised.

haha speaking of north we're going north to 'medieval times' tomorrow night .. we just got our easypass so its time break it in

 

haven't been there since "senior trip" in high school. I've actually wanted to go back for a while though. let us know what you think!
