So last night we were doing fireworks and junk as we have always done for the last 20 (?) years we have lived at this house....

Well our neighbors across the street park their cars "just right" so they are not in the way but still in the way. So about 30 minutes after we start lighting/blowing stuff up (again as we always do) they come out all flustered. The father (who parked his nice fancy accord on the street) says "well, i guess we will move our cars" all sarcastically. The daughter (who i havent seen in maybe 10 years and now has HUGE honkers) storms out the front door, slams her car door and floors it 75 feet down the street. The mom walks out all pissed off and glares at us. And the nine or so of us out their were all like "wtf "

Now...these are my uber rich white neighbors who seriously have 8 cars. We both live on corner houses and for some reason they LOVE parking on our side even though they have TWO side walks available to them and all their cars will fit on their side......no fucks were give last night. We saved the loud fireworks for 11:50pm

Also someone lost a bunch of luggage on the freeway last night and I could not miss it all....now I have mark on my front bumper (and slightly misaligned) that will probably bug the shit out of me.

I did notify the CHP so they have a record of my being their. Think its worth asking the CHP to be put in touch with the owner of the stuff and ask him/her to split the cost to remove the mark? (in-depth waxing or clearcoating, dealership has something like that for 100$)

I saw a car on the side of the road right after the area with all the stuff, and I would be surprised if that was not them or if there was not a name on something in the stuff. So I am willing to bet they have something.


Or should I just let it go? My car had just under 14k on it.

Haven't been in many years but i have been there 4-5 different times.

 

There's a town a little north east of me that had a bunch of fires catch last night from the town's fireworks. The air in my town today is all full of smoke and smells.

Nice pics man! I need to take some still frames from my gopro footage when I snorkeled in Maui. I got close to a big sea turtle and some other cool fish.

 

Been there at least twice. Been to the one in CA. Been to every Disney park except Tokyo. Also been to lego land Paris.
