    no team with kessel, phaneuf, benier and JVR will be tanking. They just signed a bunch of guys to short term deals to make the team not so young and allow their young players to develop in the minors where they belong. I wouldnt have minded a good tank job if they would have actually did it right and traded Kessel and Phaneuf, but they chose not to
